My name is Ryan Pinder, I am the Minister for Financial Services and Trade for the Commonwealth of the Bahamas and I welcome you to this China Offshore Summit. The Government of the Bahamas, and particularly the Ministry of Financial Services are pleased to be the Platinum sponsor for this event.
