Membership Fees:
AIBT does not offer refund, in whole or in part, of Annual Membership Fees. Membership Fees are payable annually, in advance, and DUE 30 DAYS PRIOR to the start of each new calendar year.
Value Added Tax (VAT) is not payable on Annual Membership Fees.
Nassau Conference Attendance Fees:
AIBT offers a refund of Nassau Conference attendance fees according to the following parameters:
- Cancellation of Attendance 30 days or more before published event date:
Full Refund of Attendance Fee
- Cancellation of Attendance Between 15-29 days before published event date:
Refund of Attendance Fee minus a $50 Administrative Charge
- Cancellation of Attendance Between 7 – 14 days before published event date:
50% Refund of Attendance Fee
- Cancellation of Attendance Less than 7 Days before published event date:
No Refund of Attendance Fee
Value Added Tax (VAT) of 12% is payable on Nassau Conference Attendance Fees.
Other Events Attendance Fees:
AIBT offers a refunds of attendance fees according to the following parameters:
- Cancellation of Attendance 7 days or more before published event date:
Full Refund
Value Added Tax (VAT) of 12% is payable on event attendance fees.
